Your job will be to take inputs from clients and stakeholders and use skills like conflict management, out-of-box thinking, and influencing to facilitate the whole process. And to get these skills, you have to complete the  CSPO® course and get the certification.

Some believe that the role of Product Owner is the toughest in the Scrum team. But, once you get the certification, the job will become relatively easier.

What is the CSPO® certification?
